I'm beyond Upset. I waited 4 days for my Car to go into M&S Autos. I rang first thing on the Tuesday Morning. Matt on Reception explained that due to a shortage of Mechanics that would be unable to see me before Friday & so my Car was booked in for the Friday. I was asked if I could bring it in as early as possible & so, on my day off, I brought my car which had No Headlights & No Windscreen Wipers to M&S. Speaking with Matt & Paul on Reception I handed over my keys & was told that someone would contact me Mid Morning with an update! ,,,,, Because I am Out of Area I walked into Pomtypridd for a couple of hours & waited for their mid morning Call Back .... Well I waited & waited & WAITED!!!!!! I rang them back at Midday, 4 hours later & was told that no-one had looked at my Car as yet! .... I am a Patient Person, I eventually decided to get on a Bus down to visit my Mother in Whitchurch & as I was doing this realised that my Mobile was running out of power! I rang M&S in order to give them my Mother's landline number & thought that I might ask whether 2 hours later anyone had taken a look at my Car!!!! There was an extremely Sharp reaction from Matt, in relation to him already having told me that they only had 2 Mechanics Working (not the first time He has been a little brusque/abrupt I would add!!) ... This was 6 hours after I had first brought my Car in, after having waited 4 days! ..... I then replied that I would come to collect my Car at 4pm as if they had been unable to rectify the problem I would be driving Home in the Light with No Lights!!!!!! ..... Long Story short I returned at 4pm, 6 to 8 Men standing around the Garage, it looked as if my Car was JUST being looked at, it had been there 8 hours at this point & was told that it was an Electrical Problem & they could not do anything! ...... It would have been appreciated if they could have looked at it sooner! I spent much of my day waiting to hear back! A call simply to update after an 8 hour wait would have been appreciated, there was none! ..... Proprietor & his Father have always been extremely pleasant! I had no dealing with them today! But as a Customer I prefer to be kept updated & to be treated politely, the response I had was Offhand & a little Rude! An 8 hour wait for Nothing! I'm Hugely Disappointed with the Service Today! Service: Electrical
