I originally got conned and was sold a pricey silver plated display chain, which I was assured was 100% silver when I asked. After I realised it was fake and took it back, they tried to say that i had swapped the chains and brought in a different one. I eventually got my money back after accusations of me chain swapping. I will never shop at this business again and recommend that any other person do the same. They know what they did are not to be trusted!
