The big issue of this store,the Employee girl doesn't know the types of dimond and how quality is, unfortunately I came today, She didn't respect me and she thought I am poor woman but she didn't know that I am a rich woman , so I would like to contact with store Manger

I bought a Montblanc from them from overseas. They really get what it means to collect fine pieces, every piece of paper involved in the process was nicely preserved, and they even gave me the little protective box Montblanc uses to ship the nib exchanged pen back, so it is a truly complete set.

We had a lovely and professional experience yesterday when looking to purchase wedding bands. It was the first store we went into and we didnt know what we wanted, but Sam talked us through the options to help us narrow down what we liked and didnt like, and we left the shop with fabulous options that we were both very happy with. We went to a few other jewellers in the shopping centre to see what they could offer but none of them compared to the service and options we received at Pravins. We definitely recommend!
