Recently had to bring a Panasonic device purchased elsewhere back for repair and these guys couldn't have been more helpful. The process from start to finish has been smooth and with good communication. The professionalism of the team and their product knowledge has put them to the top of my list for future electronics purchases. Well done.

I will never visit curry's again after finding this place. The customer service by both gents in the shop was fantastic, but a massive thankyou to Ben who saw us through the whole process. They know the products inside out, and explain everything you want to know in an easy to understand way. Very friendly, honest, not pushy at all and don't try to oversell you (in fact they tell you where you can save money!). Some faith in humanity was restored today Ben listened to exactly what we needed and we came out laughing and smiling with a new TV. The TV looks great in its new home and is exactly what we wanted. Can't thank you enough for the level of customer service you provided today. Thanks so much guys, so happy we visited you!

Great service and an honest recommendation for my panasonic 4k bluray player. I originally was going to purchase the ub9000 and was advised that the ub820 would fit my needs. You can trust staff that recommended a product that was 299 compared to 899 which was 500 dearer than my ub820. Thanks to all the staff at Vaughans Panasonic Cardiff.
