Laings

A great experience at Laings Cardiff store last week. Tommy was able to fit me in at short notice and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Rolex model I am interested in for a special upcoming occasion. Communication and follow up since has been very professional and clear. I look forward to working with Tommy over the next months to secure a purchase. I highly recommend visiting the store, you will be made to feel comfortable and any questions you may have will be addressed with clarity and honesty.

Couldnt have been happier with the experience at Laings from Alistair!!! Popped in to see if any Rolex pieces were available, to which we were showed my husbands favourite piece, since it was his 30th I wanted to treat him to a special present and Alistair ensured we had the experience we never receive anywhere else when we have looked!!! Overall amazing attitude and will definitely be returning to see Alistair soon!!

In January I visited Laing's in Cardiff. There I met Alistair who kindly registered my interest in a few watches, with one favourite in particular the Rolex Skydweller. 4 months down the line and I get the call. I was over the moon. I went down to store a couple of days later to see Alistair who was great (I was quite nervous). I had lunch and them came back to purchase. Great experience, whilst purchasing my dream watch. Cant thank Alistair and the team enough.

If I could give no stars or minus I would....Popped in on Friday late afternoon to inquire about Rolex pieces... I was the only client in the shop from what I could see to be told it would be half an hour wait before I could see someone. The shop had plenty of staff on the floor. Reluctantly a guy, whose body language was appalling, got upon from his desk & approached me. He clearly had no interest in talking to me & was just plain rude... He pointed out that they would never sell a piece to someone from outside of the local area & made me feel awful that I had even entered the shop.... Disgraceful attitude & certainly does not represent the brand... Did not feel welcome here at all if anything a total inconvenience to them all... I shall be writing to Rolex to explain what happened & although it won't do any good, highly recommend that this retailer be taken off their list of authorised dealers... Stay away! Very rude & unprofessional staff.....

New purchase April 2023. This is my fourth timepiece from Laings in Cardiff. Katie Keefe, is an absolute diamond. She always goes above beyond and is credit to Laings. Her personable service is outstanding! My experience has always been second to none. Keep up the amazing work Laings. Katie, you're a !! Wow!! New review: 05/12/2021 Visited the Cardiff store yesterday and picked up the new Omega Speedmaster Saphire Sandwhich. This is the second time I've purchased a timepiece from Laings Cardiff. The team are fantastic. Made me feel very welcome. As a watch guy, it's the detail that adds to the experience. Katie, Ryan, Ashley and the rest of the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once again, Katie went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new timepiece. Very attentive.
