My home purchase was quite challenging but throughout the whole process all staff at Hogg and Hogg were very professional, very helpful , very friendly and always dealt with any issues swiftly and kept me well informed throughout the each stage of the purchase. Special thanks to Ceri Drewitt who went over and above for me. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend.

Hogg and Hogg were amazing, I would have 100% confidence using them again in the future. They were so friendly at every stage from valuation, to photos, to viewings. They were very informative and let us know when we had bookings and how each viewing had went after, they gave us real time updates for any offers and they were confident challenging buyers to up their offer without any input from us, this made a huge difference and meant we achieved asking price/or over. Our first buyer dropped out the day we were due to exchange! But Hogg and Hogg were great at keeping us updated despite the awful situation, they frequently followed up with the buyer and when the sale was no longer feasible they were very empathetic and so quick to remarket, approach previous clients with interest/offers and set up new viewings. We were fortunate that there was a new buyer for our house within a short timeframe, which ensured we didn't lose out on our new dream house. Hogg and Hogg were priced very competitively, always on hand for any questions or updates and went above and beyond helping us organise additional services such as electrician/plumber to ensure that the enquiries raised by our buyer were met with a fast turnaround which was so helpful and very much appreciated. The team were AMAZING, so professional and friendly and treated us with respect, integrity and honesty throughout. We are eternally grateful for the team and the impact they have had helping us achieve a great sale which allowed us to purchase our dream home. Thank you!
