I joined the freedom programme not too long ago it was a good course learning about the red flags and signs of abuse. But I felt like I had hardly any support what so ever, I havent even been informed about when the next course is starting. I was also the youngest in the group and felt very left out and uncomfortable even though I am in the same position as them. It made me feel even worse not better!
