        The moment I walked in, the kind gentleman made me feel very welcomed. This kind of traditional store experience is a rare find these days. Beautiful collection of shoes and 5 star hospitality. Highly recommended place to shop for your quality footwear.

        Great service from Stephen. Knowledgeable about the product, courteous and helpful. My first pair of Cheaney boots and first (but not last) visit to The Brogue Traders in Morgan Arcade, Cardiff.

        I bought the most gorgeous dark green umbrella. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite. He even took the time to come out to the street and indicate me the way to the castle. A traditional shop with well mannered salesman.

        I had a amazing experience at the Brogue trader today, I called in to pick up some shoe cream and polish. I was given some great advice on shoe care and preservation. The treatment you get is an old fashion type you don't see anymore or anywhere else. Your a prized customer although I was only buying a few tins of polish. Fantastic service.
