I would highly recommend Mel John Estate Agents as the service was exemplary. From accepting our offer on a house to exchange and completion in 45 days was amazing !! Nothing was too much trouble and when I could not collect keys during office hours arrangement was made to collect after hours. Also, when I walked into house after collecting keys I was presented with a house warming card, flowers and a cuddly squeaky toy for my puppy from Mel.

Just purchased my house through Mel & my only regret was not knowing her when I sold my previous property! Compared to all the other estate agents that I have dealt with she is unique. She gets things done, nothing is too much trouble & you deal directly with her, not some receptionist or other unqualified employee. Once youve done business with Mel trust me, you wont want to bother with any other estate agent!
