Especially with the viewing which I arrived late for due to unforeseen circumstances, he was very understanding. I look forward to moving into my new place now thanks to his help.

        I am landlord with several properties in the Pontypridd area. I moved to James Douglas lettings when they bought another local letting agent. There were a few bumps to begin with, due to a settling in and transition process but since then they have been very good. Theyve done rent reviews and we now have a good system in place for maintenance. They are also very up to date with all the latest legislation. They really understand the Pontypridd market.
