All of the staff from Darlows that I have spoken to (including call centre staff) have been extremely helpful and friendly. The two members of staff based in the Caerphilly branch, that stand out for me are, Gareth Lewis and Olivia, they have been extremely professional, but also friendly and helpful. They have kept me informed at every step in the process of selling my house. I would recommend Darlows every time.

Gareth turned up on time and was very professional throughout the viewing. He knew the property and pointed out key features. At all times darlows caerphilly kept me updated and answered calls promptly. Gareth was a pleasure to deal with. I felt he had the vendors and my interest a priority.
