        Dialled number filled in automated phone questionnaire was told based on my answers i did not need help no choice of talking to a person just after pressing a few numbers you dont need help and the call ended will never call them again waist of space

        I would give 10 stars if I could, these guys are truly life savers. I completed their online debt councillor. First call very friendly guy confirmed my information and helped with my worries without making judgement. Second call again very friendly and helpful submitted my application for "Breathing space". One email exchange, payment of DRO fee and my application was submitted on Thursday afternoon with my DRO approved by Monday noon. If your struggling with debt and or its having an impact on your mental health speak to these guys or use the online service to get you started. Beware the kick you inflict on yourself for not doing it sooner will hurt
