Blue Customs - Car Wrapping Cardiff

I will try to be honest and this is my experience so you can make up your own mind. I had my car wrapped with blue customs they collected the car from me and week later I collected the car from Cardiff, the car was outside waiting for my it looked great but it was 8pm in the dark a couple of days later I had a chance to inspect it in day light I was shocked at the lack of attention to detail as you can see from the photos so blue customs said they would collected the car and sort out the defects, great I was looking forward to seeing completed .a couple of weeks went by then I had a call saying my car was locked in the show room and I couldn't collect it until Tuesday so I collected the car it was OK not great then the wrap started coming off again so I have asked for a percentage of my 2400 back as I have booked it in with another company to have the car completely re wrapped to a good standard so it's up to you if you want your car wrapped by blue customs the worst experience ever .

Ive agreed a certain design for stickers for my car with Blue Customs. I provided the design and agreed a date. I drove to the place only to find the place was shut. Many days later Ive managed to get the car in and went after to take it back to find that the design agreed wasnt followed at all. And despite many calls and taking the car to them few times they couldnt finish what was agreed. The material used was poor quality, the stickers werent cut straight and on top of that they used a Stanley knife to cut the stickers so when I removed some of it that I didnt like the paint was damaged! Very frustrated with the poor service I had there. The owner refused to compensate. Definitely not a place I would recommend!
