        Disappointing customer service from Andrew, clearly didnt want to be working in a customer facing environment on the weekend. Rude, abrupt and argumentative. He processed my order through another business account details who share the same address as mine. I explained that their are 30 businesss on my estate and that it needs to be addressed to me, which he didnt. So no another business will be contacted when my order arrives in and potentially can go and pick it up under my name using the text order reference. In the end I had get his colleague to help who printed the receipt. Wrote my number on the top and said he would call me when it comes in.
