I was promised confirmations later in the day, and when i chased it up the following morning having not had that, i was told all slots were gone, first come first serve. Would have been good to know that at the time of inquiry, not after i chased a promised response. Edit: Based on Response from Owner. I did reach back out to get a confirmation booking, but the person who got back to me advised that I would get a confirmation later that day of that, that never happened, so the initial contact was fine, but the part after that is where it fell apart. As I was expecting to be able to confirm that night, and that did not happen, I chased the following day to be told all slots had gone. I should not have had an operative state that they would call me back to confirm and then not do so. that is why it was two star.
