Taken part in your introduction into Anxiety... From the beginning you got my attention and as the session continued I totally got it and wanted to know more. Cant wait for the next session that will help me continue on my journey to manage my stress and anxieties in my hectic life.

Attended the 1 hour free taster anxiety depression session. Met with Dave who was very informative and made the hour interesting and gave me food for thought upon leaving. Very useful tools gained by attending this session. Appreciate Dave's time in holding this session. Well recommended.
