This is the latest treatment I have received from Performance Physio. I saw Barry initially when I was in a huge amount of pain through my hamstrings and hip/back. He laughed when I told him what my goals for the year were but said hed be positive but realistic about my plans and his treatment. My second appointment was with Ben who again gave me realistic goals depending on my enthusiasm to adhere to the exercises. There was no hard sell nor suggestions I kept returning for follow up appointments at any time. With their help and guidance I have completed a century ride, two organised open water swims, a 70.3 Ironman in Swansea and finally the full monty - Ironman Wales in Tenby. Thank you very very much for your help.
