        Super friendly club with excellent coaching. Best Judo and Jiu jitsu in Cardiff and Wales, if you're looking to compete and be at the highest level out there you definitely want to come and try it.

        I reached out to Craig via WhatsApp and he responded quickly, good information with a flexible and available schedule. I walked into a Sunday Advanced Class full of elite athletes and spent the morning fighting for my life in a controlled, professional and high level environment. More than I could have hoped for. Went back to a few classes after as I was in town for a week and it was the same level in all the sessions. Special mention to Craig and Oli for the time, patience and friendliness. Ill see you again next time Im in Wales. To anyone reading this, if youre in Cardiff and looking for a place to train. This is it, look no further.
