I sent my car for a service. 2 expensive items got stolen from my car. 2 perfumes gonne. They said that we can do the service on the car but they dont guarantee and they still have to charge for the service 600 Unbelievable. First time ever this happened. Im not engineer to check engine of the car (2016) until my car will break down forever then i will realise what other parts they stole. Careful Guys

Best all round mechanic you will go to. allways available for emergancies, and will go above and beyond for everybody. I witnessed a situation that i need to put here to show how he takes care of customers. A guy with 2 kids came into the front just as Alex had locked up it was 6.30ish on a friday. The guy was travelling across country with his kids but his boot door was stuck and he was panicked as he had been turned away from 2 other garages as they were closing. Alex agreed to take a look 15 mins later he solved to problem that was a luggage handle was caught and the guy offered Alex 50 but he reffused any payment. if you want to best service without the fear of being ripped off at all J&P autos is the only place to go. i also recommend everyone to him and everyone i recommend is allways a returning customer.
