My boiler had broken and I know that this is a particularly busy time of year for plumbers, they were out within a couple of hours to quote a replacement and I receieved the quote the same day. They are very competitive and offered great advice. I had a few quotes from other companies but decided to go with KS Barry, not just on cost but for their professionalism. The engineers who turned up were very polite and knowledgeable. They kept everything clean and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend these to anyone.

I didn't have a good experience with this company in term of customer service: Whenever they said they would phone back they didn't - this happened about 3 or 4 times with them always promising to phone in 2 days time when the right person was in the office. An arrangement was then made for someone to call and he was very pleasant but unable to complete the work at this time due to not having the right equipment. Fair enough. I had to phone the office again to arrange for another visit which and so another visit was scheduled but this time they just didn't turn up. When I phoned up about this they said that the person who was due to visit hadn't come into work. But they hadn't thought to phone me and he (Glen) was even quite rude - not at all apologetic. I can't say anything about the quality of the workmanship now as I have given up with them. Two weeks have passed and my boiler is still broken. I just wish they had said at the beginning they didn't want the work and saved me the grief.
