I ordered a bag and purse last minute from Kelly at the Cardiff store who waited for my partner to get there just before they closed. She arranged a free collection for an online order that wasn't saying it would arrive in time. I've just rang and bought a matching ring and bangle from her for my birthday tomorrow and, she could not have been anymore helpful with everything. Such a lovely person to talk too with nothing too much trouble. If only all shopping experiences were like this. Customer for life. Thank you X Stacey Griffiths + Family x

There were no customers in the shop but both sales assistants failed to acknowledge my presence. I greeted them but was ignored nevertheless. Will not be returning to this store!

I went in last Saturday the 15th, even though I was not quite sure about the Shoes, Rob and his team went above and beyond to help me and offered flexibility on the return. They were AMAZING and it was the best service I received out of the 20 plus shops I visited in Cardiff that day. I am going back Tuesday to buy a pair of shoes off them as I was so impressed with not just their service but their friendliness. Well done best retail staff in Cardiff.

Really unhappy, I havent had the best experience with this company, I had placed my first order to receive an email advising it was cancelled due to not meeting quality standards. I went onto their site today the aldo dazzle trainers in pink were still showing as 1 pair available. I then proceeded to speak with Michelle who was brilliant did what she could to help me to her defence wasn't much. She checked if the aldo black dazzle pair were available and met quality standards which she advised they were. I then placed my second order after being re assured by Michelle that this pair were to quality standards to then have this order cancelled on me aswell. I had like before contacted this company through webchat spoken with Nikitta who didn't seem bothered and ended the conversation before I could finish writing my sentence I'm guessing it was the end of her shift as it was twenty to 6 and they closed @. 6. I tried web chat again and got back through to Michelle who couldn't help me and had now advised me the black dazzle pair do not meet quality standards which were limited stock meaning to me there are more than 1 pair at the stockists I can't believe they have no trainers in stock which didn't meet quality standards. I am baffled to why both black and pink pairs were still showing on the website as available to buy if they are not to standards. I was mislead and now I am out of pocket to the sum of 140 until the monies can be returned to my account within the next 3 - 5 working days I couldn't be more disappointed in what I thought were a reputable company and brand.
