I chose Olivia Louise initially because I wanted to go with an independent estate agent. Rachel impressed me right from the outset when I first met her and she didn't disappoint. She was extremely professional, sold my house very quickly and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She gives a very personal service and I am so glad I chose Olivia Louise. My experience was an extremely positive one. Would 100% recommend.

Awful. This estate agent refused to speak to me on the sale of my property. They would not speak to me at all about the sale of my house and inststed on only speaking to my ex husband. And I was paying half the fee! When I rang, they refused to speak to me, call.me back or even tell me any information related to the sale of my home, any viewings or offers. Disgusting. Well done ladies. You just put equality back 3 decades.
