        They made our roof watertight again at a fair cost and with friendly staff - the owner, roofers working for him and the scaffolders. Obviously there were some unavoidable delays because of the pandemic etc., but we're happy the job's now done and wouldn't hesitate to use Tyrone's team again in future.

        There was good communication from Mr Marsh. He and his team were very polite, the work was carried out quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

        Excellent communication. Team hard working, polite, friendly. Mr Marsh took photos of work at various stages and on completion which was very useful. Prompt response before job was started when in heavy rain it started dripping through bedroom ceiling, Mr Marsh attended in torrential downpour to secure tarpaulin until work could be carried out. Would use this company again. Service: Roof repair

        Beware this company, they ask for money upfront for scaffolding, scaffolding is put up, then you don't see them again for months. They repeatedly claim they are coming next week, on this day, on that day, excuse after excuse, which carries on for months, even though they know that the roof is leaking and rain coming through ceiling!!! They then throw asbestos roof tiles from roof height and leave broken in a pile on the ground. This is a big no no! It's supposed to be bagged up carefully and placed safely, not thrown through the air! After that, they ask for more money upfront to carry on with the job- yeah like in another 6 months! Been told he's known for this sort of behaviour. Shocking! Reply to Mr Marsh's reply: There is no way that my property is tenanted or that I was a returning customer. The response just goes to show there was a dispute with yet ANOTHER customer! Regarding the tiles, yes the workmen threw asbestos tiles from height! This cannot be the first and last time they did this! Like I said previously Beware this company! Service: Roof repair
