        We called into Floor Giants,Culverhouse Cross for information on which flooring is best for our situation. Karl and Dan could not been more helpful. There was no hard sell, they were interested in what we were saying and listened to what we felt our needs were. They gave us complete confidence in what we bought. They even recommended a fitter for us. Mike was really really efficient, thorough and made sure we understood what he would be doing on the day. We had our new floor fitted today, and could not be happier. Mike was so patient and kind, and even helped us with our wifi which was playing up! We could not recommend Floor Giants or Mike (The fab fitter) enough.
