He kept in touch throughout and was always happy to help. He also was on hand with looking for our new house and helped guide us through that process too! I had the experience of viewing a house in Canton yesterday and I was very impressed with the professionalism and warming demeanour demonstrated by one of your estate agents, Tyler Williams. His knowledge of property and attention to detail made the whole viewing experience rather exceptional. I have had several conversations with Tyler over the past few weeks and it has made we want to sell my house with this estate Agent because I feel that my property will be in very good hands.

Sold my house before Christmas with Allen and Harris and the service was great from start to finish. They advised me to go to auction and the sale was quick and easy. Craig and Perry kept me up to date constantly letting me know how viewings had gone, and were readily available if I needed to contact them even on their days off.

Allen & Harris Canton branch were my agents for buying my flat back in 2019 and I was so impressed with them that they were my natural choice for selling through when the time came this year. I wasnt disappointed. Their personable approach is full of care and positivity and they have been dedicated, assiduous and supportive throughout the process. Branch manager Rob is a credit to the profession and sets an example that the other associates in the branch follow with equal excellence. My sale was complicated and lengthy due to a number of factors but A&H were on hand to keep pressing conveyancers on both side, give me updates when none were forthcoming from my own solicitor, and generally keep me sane. Terrific service from terrific people.
