Not only was property sold way over asking price, but the team were always there to answer any questions, fitted viewings around our schedule and helped push things along with the purchase of our new property, even though it was with another estate agent! Their fees are also very competitive. I would always recommend Herb & Crabtree if youre selling in Cardiff.

Hern and Crabtree have been worth every penny. Mike's photography was outstanding and Rhodri's advice has been spot on and fair throughout. I was also really impressed with Mitchell and Gina, who were very responsive and helpful. I can't recommend them as an outfit more.

My wife and I recently sold our property with Hern & Crabtree Pontcanna. From the minute we met Rhodri we were sure we were in good hands. Rhodri was thorough, open and honest about his valuation and how the process would work. Mike's photos were excellent and Mitchell was fantastic with keeping us updated on the open house and offers we received, especially whilst we were abroad. Following this, Gina our lovely sales progressor, was so approachable and kept us up to date with everything. We are so glad we chose this family run, down to earth and genuinely caring Estate Agents. We felt we got to know them well and they seemed to genuinely care about us as clients, we also felt they offered great value for money, thank you to everyone who helped with our sale
