This company has instructed debt collectors to attempt to extort money from me which was not owed by me to them, after dismissing my complaint despite having a recorded telephone conversation that proved I did not owe any money. After referring this to the FOS and the FOS agreeing with me that no money is owed they have gone awfully quiet... Time for court action

Worst company ever! I had a non fault car accident (total loss) and not enough the stress because of this, they made it even worst. They contracted at least 5 other company to deal with this, finally no one did. I had to call them a lot, one by one to get things going... that was a month to pick up the car. The whole administration is so messed up, the third party paid the total loss already and Admiral still wants to pick up the car which was already done by one of their own subcontractor.... And so on, 3 months of struggle with them. Never again admiral.

Absolutely shocking when trying to sort a claim. This is my first one in 3 years and I still haven't got my car fully repaired 5/6 months later. Got my car parts stolen and they don't seem to care. Left me without a courtsey car for 8 weeks. Had to constantly sway into a hire car and the car has now gone to a VW official garage to get it properly sorted 5 months later!! Not to mention the garage they recommended did a botch job so its just wasted my time, money and expenses on transport and have not been compensated for any of this! It's been frustrating getting around with no one sorting this correctly I have been paying my insurance and not had my car for almost half a year!! Joke of an insurance.

Haven been a loyal customer for a good few years now with home and car policies I have to say the level of service from Jullian and Laura Madden in the claims department have been abysmal, the level of service or non existent service is unbelievable, Admiral please look at your training g and management of these two individuals, desperately need a vehicle for critical hospital appointment. Admiral you probably also need to listen to the recording of the call today at10.53 with Jullian

THE BAD POINTS ARE SO MANY I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START !!!! 1. At first glance you will think that they are offering you a cheap offer but believe me every little extra service is paid in tens of pounds. such as a simple call for a simple question or a simple change of payment date (check before you trust if you don't believe) 2. If their offers still seem good to you, just a tip, compare them with those of AVIVA, for example. For my two vehicles that I own (van and car), AVIVA's quotes for insurance were literally twice as low. And again, if you don't believe it, just compare it yourself 3. Always reduce your No Claim Bonus time. If, for example, you have 2 years and 11 months of No Claim Bonus, they write it as 2 years and no one bothers to note the other 11 months, which are actually almost one more year. This is understood as a negative to you for your next insurance quote 4. Lucky that they feel disloyalty from you (as sometimes it may not be your direct fault such as a direct debit problem with a problem with your bank and not yourself). hundreds of pounds in fines are charged which no one explains to you how they are formed nor do you dare ask given the basic call charges (25 btw) I mentioned in point 1. Honestly it seems like if I drive without insurance I will have less trouble with the law and less fees and fines to pay than I had with this company!!!!
