        Unable to confirm a time for collection or provide a courtesy car, following a factory recall.

        My 13 year old viano went in for the airbag recall, and the service department was excellent, Adam contacted me the day before by text to remind me about my booking and again when it was ready. No up selling which I thought they might try and they gave it a washed and vacuum all included in the free recall.
