        Used this company for first time other day and was so nice to speak with lovely staff who were more than helpful. Had problem with courier delivery for next day but the young lady I spoke with resolved the problem with no questions or hesitation. Order arrived and so impressed we ordered same item to have as a standby. I stay in Scotland and nothing like this company near me...Good to know just a phone call away. Keep up the great work. Thanks

        i ordered an abdominal support which when it came was not a good fit.If I had been asked to provide the widest girth measurement I may have found what I needed, rather than waist measurement. The binder was also too deep. The telephone advice was polite and I was sent another binder which turned out to be no good for me. I was shocked to find that I had been charged for the cost of returns by about 8. If the guidance about my measurements pre order had been useful I may have found the right item straight away. I will not use this firm again. I have now been given a refund of the postal charge as a gesture of goodwill.
