Holistic Glow Massage

I had a 90 minute massage with sandy yesterday. My first ever massage and sandy was lovely and welcoming and explained everything to me. Ive suffered with anxiety my whole life which left me with ALOT of tension in my shoulders and neck that caused headaches. I walked in with a headache and came out without one amazing. Today not only can I move freely but mentally I am feeling sooo much better too Highly highly recommend and will definitely be back!

90 minutes Massage with Reiki / Crystal Healing This was my second massage with Sandy at Holistic Glow Massage and it was a fantastic experience. Sandy is so welcoming and easy to talk to. The room is warm and calming. I have a muscle injury to my left shoulder and she was able to loosen the knots and its really helped me. I dont know how she does it as its the most gentle, relaxing but effective massage Ive ever had. The Reiki is an amazing experience and Im so glad I had this with the massage. Two days later and I am sleeping so much better as my shoulder pain isnt waking me up. It is a huge improvement. Im planning another appointment for next month. I wouldnt go anywhere else for this treatment. Im looking forward to my next visit

My reiki healing was so relaxing, just what I needed to calm my mind! Sandy is extremely welcoming and very knowledgeable about her profession. I learnt a lot about myself and was overall an enlightening experience! I would highly recommend if you are just feeling a tad lost and need some direction or to just simply relax in a calming environment.

I would highly recommend Hollistic Glow Massage, it is a hidden gem tucked away in the centre of Newport. Tranquil and zen the perfect place to go for reiki, massage, facials. Sandy is so kind and welcoming, and makes you feel at ease.

I attended a sister circle with Sandy at holistic glow. I immediately felt a sense of calm as I entered her space. Sandy has created such a beautiful, welcoming and spiritual environment where other women can feel safe, held and supported. We completed guided meditations, had a cacao ceremony, and received reiki healing. Sandy has created something quite unique in Newport, where I and other women, felt embraced in nurturing energy. I have also attended a workshop to learn about the law of attraction and manifestation and I honestly believe in a short space of time my internal pendulum has calmed down, I am now vibrating on a higher energy, and can feel improvements in my well-being thanks to the sister circle at Holistic Glow in Newport. I have met incredible women, which wouldnt have happened had it not been for this circle being created. I am so grateful for this space. I am looking forward to booking massage with reiki healing also. Thank you Sandy. And for anyone thinking of attending Sandys circle, please do not hesitate, you will not regret it.
