Sheree is an excellent massage therapist. She has a great depth of knowledge to help many musculoskeletal conditions. I find her particularly skilled in working with neck pain. Sheree also gives some help and tips on self care that help outside appointments. Don't hesitate, if you have a niggle, book with Sheree and you'll be in safe hands.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sheree at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022. I was competing in the Lawn Bowls for Team Wales and Sheree was part of the support staff. How lucky were we!! She was thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my session. I came away feeling great! I would definitely recommend Sheree and feel confident that anyone who went to see her would benefit.
