        Highly recommend Sarah for your massage needs. Attended for a pregnancy massage complaining about lower back and hip pain and I already feel brand new. Despite seeing other massage companies and a chiropractor, Sarah was the first to find muscle groups that were contributing to my pain and wasn't afraid to apply the appropriate pressure to help alleviate it. I already can't wait for my next session!

        Sarahs Tai Chi classes are wonderful for relaxation, through deep breathing and deep muscle workout. It works on lots of levels but is particularly good for destressing and helps with mindfulness. I find although it helps me relax, I always feel reenergised afterwards.
