Sara Summers Holistic Massage Cardiff

I had my first ever Indian head massage by Sara yesterday which was so relaxing and calming. I was very much in need of some relaxation and Sara was kind and sensitive to my needs - I felt she genuinely wanted to help me. The space was also really calming - it made me feel cocooned with its soft lighting, gentle colours and music, and the treatment bed was comfortable and warm. Prices are reasonable and I felt it was money well spent! I'll be recommending Sara to friends and have already been planning my next visit!

Had a wonderful massage from Sara last week. The studio was really relaxing, and Sara took lots of time to talk through concerns to make sure I got the most out of the treatment. Really good massage, would highly recommend, and will be going back soon!

I highly recommend Sara for a massage in Cardiff!! Sara was friendly, professional and there was great communication. Sara put me at ease, provided a personalised service to suit my needs and listened to any queries I had. I felt relaxed and slept really well after my massage as Sara was able to relieve tension and pain in my shoulders and upper back. I'll definitely be booking another. Thank you Sara! Update - I'm now a regular with Sara because she is wonderful at helping me with my issues with back pain following spinal surgery. Sara knows exactly what to do to help and it really makes a positive difference. Not only that, it's such a lovely relaxing atmosphere which helps me de-stress.

I received a gift voucher for a massage with Sara for Christmas, and I cannot wait to go back again. It was such a relaxing environment and I was made to feel really comfortable. The treatment was so lovely, especially the head massage! Highly recommend!
