The process,was very easy and well explained. It took a bit longer than I expected, but Tim kept me informed and was very helpul and pleasant He has sent me picture of my plaqur, as i do not live near, but it looks very nice, and sm sure it will be even better in person!

Can highly recommend Thornhill Memorials they are very very professional . Nothing is too much trouble. The headstone was a complicated job as it had to match my fathers headstone which theyd done 25 years plus previously . Tim kept in constant contact and updated me regularly and even went to the grave a few times to look at my fathers headstone.
