Aspec Building recently put up a new fence for us and built two areas of decking. We were delighted with the work from Will and his team. They were hardworking, reliable and a pleasure to have around.

Wanted to leave a review to say thank you A.spec Building! We are really happy with all the work. A.spec were really easy to work with. We saw some of their work locally on Gladstone Road and got in touch with them. I was really nervous about choosing a builder but since meeting Will and his team they've been really professional and easy to work with. I've added some photos of the works. They repointed and cleaned the front brickwork and stone, as well as rendered and finished the front gable with mock tudor wood effect boards. On the back they fixed all the cracked masonry, painted it all, repaired and cleaned the windowsills and done a whole load of other odd jobs for us. We only needed the upper half of the back of house done as we are hoping to have a ground floor extension next year. We had to add a few extra jobs on and they were really understanding. Whenever they were meant to be here they were, without any issues. Since they have completed our job, we've had our neighbours wanting their number for stonemasonry and friends also ask for their details. They have been so good we are hoping we can get them to do our extension next year. They come highly recommended.

Brilliant team of folks. Will and his team stripped our 1900 house of awful cement and paint to reveal the original red bricks and bathstone. They worked in the hottest and dustiest conditions imaginable and yet they persevered at a seemingly relentless pace. The repairs they did to the bathstone are incredible - Large cracks and areas filled with cement- now you literally cant see where they were. Will uses traditional materials to ensure the house is repaired appropriately. Gavin hand carved out all the tiny details around doors and windows to ensure we had the optimised finish. It is really beautiful work. Attention to detail in spades! We had to wait for this team - but so glad we did. They have restored our home to her former glory and she is now set for the next 122 years. Thanks so much to Will Gavin Billy and Tom. You are incredible and the work you do is beautiful. We are thrilled.
