Great place to train if you are in or visiting cardiff. Dropped in to a class on a friends recommendation and was greeted by a friendly clean gym with some friendly people on the mats. Bryns teaching style was fantastic breaking down both the how and the why of each technique he taught, each technique built on the last so there was a sense of progression as the class went on. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone in Cardiff and hope I can pop in again next time im in town.
