I worked with Jade for 7 years at FTSE 100 leading sustainable packaging supplier DS Smith. She joined my team, fairly new to Marketing, as a Marketing Assistant in the Recycling division. During her time with us she grew in her role almost on a daily basis - leaving us as a Marketing Manager and having deservingly bagged herself the Wales CIM Young Marketer of the Year Award. Jade was moving into the next stage of her career - as a Marketing Director, and a role she was well equipped for. My teams revolve around our love of science and using established tools to solve real world problems that matter. The thing is, we know that among ourselves - its what makes us who we are. But the rest of the world maybe dont pick up on that. Until we started working with Tambini. Working with Jade on marketing and branding projects is a genuine pleasure. Her energy and passion for digging down and finding the true purpose of brands and then communicating it in fresh ways is a spark for positive change. Putting together a coherent, implementable and detailed Strategic Marketing Plan was the best thing that came out of our work with Jade. Her expertise and, let's face it, patience, to work with us to develop the goals and targets we required to build our pipeline of work, and then to put in place well thought out plans for our activity in the coming months was invaluable.
