We've worked with Fratelli Agency for over 2 years now and we could not have grown FlowerBe without their support and guidance, specifically Nick and Helen who are extremely knowledgable and pay close attention to detail to our Google Shopping, campaigns, PPC and other marketing platforms. After working with Fratelli Agency for 3 months, we were left highly disappointed. At the outset it was agreed we would take things month by month (to ease our worries about committing to an agency) and when we did decide to stop using them (due to poor communication and basic tasks not being completed) we were told that the Google Ad Account that they had created for our business, linked to our website and our products, was the Intellectual Property of Fratelli - not ours. A month down the line we have been provided with a spreadsheet with some data regarding the campaigns they had created, but nothing more. It is not stated anywhere in the Terms and Conditions, nor verbally that the Google Ad Account would be the property of Fratelli, and we have been left around 4,500 down, with nothing to show for it. When discussing the situation with other Marketing Agencies, they have all said this is not standard practice. We honestly believed we were paying Fratelli to set up the account for us....and therefore it should be our property ongoing.
