We met Craig V at the motorhome show and he was really helpful and answered all our questions and queries. So much so that we ended up buying 2 new Avtex smart tvs for our motorhome. The tvs are all self explanatory and easy to set up and much better than the older version. I would highly recommend. Our son can watch a film on Netflixs all the way home, whilst connecting it through his EarPods and linked to his phones internet.

I had a fault on my tv. Rang on Wednesday, picked up on Thursday and delivered back to me on Monday. Excellent, efficient customer service and always very polite on the phone.

I cannot fault Avtex products. Theyre a premium product. The after sales are faultless and cannot do enough to help you. People leave poor reviews when products sometimes go wrong but they never write good reports on how their issues were resolved. We have TV, Soundbar, WiFi and will definitely continue buying from them in the future.

Had a problem with our Avtex pro tv called customer services who decided it would need to go back for repair they arranged a courier collection next day and the tv was returned 2 days later repaired and working not many companies have this level of customer service Thank you Avtex
