Driver did not stop and try to attempt delivery. Customer service shocking! Local depot even worse -not responding to Customer service query and not contacting customer. Disrespectful and unprofessional!

Terrible, failed to deliver due to "security access required" despite this address being on a plain street with the front door directly infront of the pavement. Then failed to re-deliver stating "Service disruption" despite saying they would, clearly lazy staff member that simply couldnt be bothered.

They "misdirected" my parcel. Obviously I need it for Christmas. I was promised that the local depot manager would call me back within the hour. Twice. I'm still waiting. Unfortunately no option for 0 stars.
