Local Locksmith

Do not pay this man for services he cannot deliver to you on the spot. He took money for a key upfront and has basically ignored me for three weeks so I had to give up on trying to get him to deliver it as promised. Locksmith services were decent.

I express my strong displeasure about his actions. I gave him my car key remote to repair the small button (car unlock button) on my car key remote. He spent a week on it and my phone calls were not answered. Instead he sent only text messages. A week later he repair this up for me and asked for my 60. I paid him and got the car key remote. This repair costs very low and he charged me an unreasonable amount. As foreigners, we always think of UK people as very kind and fair people. But people like this will destroy that image. You will also waste your valuable time and money. i attached a photo of the replaced button.

Leaving a similar review as others. Promising he'll come back to do the job but has nothing but excuses and won't answer texts. A real timewaster. I'd rather know he doesn't want the job rather than saying he'll fix it and not bother at all.

Required spare key for three cars at my address(mine, daughters and son's) . Very professional service, prompt arrival, and great communication throughout. Also ensured complete satisfaction prior to leaving. Recommended auto locksmith..

Lee has stolen parts of my car. and never turned up to finish his job. unreliable and and also my he makes threatening if I need my part back I have to pay him some money to return parts he has stolen. first of all , you took that part with out my permission which is me you stolen it. second you didnt turn up second day or even you didnt inform me whats going on. thirdly, I messaged on Thursday night I said if you cant finish your job theres another locksmith can do it even in same day, but you ignored my messaged and no response from you. how would you feel if you were in same position. fourth, I messaged you yesterday and I asked you return that part back and you refused to return you ask for 95 . I dont understand how you ask customer to pay money for no service ! and then you blocked me from your messenger wher there is no way to communicate with you . later on I found your number one you website I tried to call you again no response only when I messaged and I mentioned I will pay 95 which I shouldnt pay, you said you gonna message when you home but I havent heard from you since then. that means you stolen my car part and you know my car doesnt worth anything with out it. also you know the other dealer they cant do anything as well. the best solution for my car now is to scrap it because you refuse to return my car part. I hope that will make you happy! this is the one of my worst experience ever. be careful everyone you lose your car and money plus waste time.
