My front door key broke off in the lock leaving me outside. I called for help and within the hour help arrived and half an hour later i was inside. The lock was fixed, no need for a replacement lock. I am delighted with the service.

Quick and friendly service. Simon is helpful over the phone, and sent a locksmith out to me immediately. My locksmith Dyfrig was incredibly helpful and friendly, and did a great job. An all round great service.

Locked myself out with my key on the inside of the lock. Simon arrived within 15 minutes of my call (having texted me his eta so I knew when to expect him). He got me into the house within a couple of minutes. Thanks.
