We bought two Murano glass prism chandeliers. Fantastic customer service from Grace, and the photos of the products do not do the actual chandeliers justice. The initial ordering process was easy and well organised. It was easy to contact the centre by both phone and email. Communication after ordering was excellent and the finished products are outstanding. We really couldn't be happier.

Excellent service from Carl and Karen - they know their stuff, deal with the Brexit shipping headache and are personable and thoughtful. Would highly recommend and look forward to purchasing from them again.

Excellent service from Karen at the Italian Lighting Centre. Incredibly quick delivery especially during Covid. Beat competitor delivery estimates by three weeks. I was sceptical when Karen said she could get our fitting so rapidly but true to her word it was delivered as promised and we love it. It was also fantastic quality in terms of the fittings and wiring inside. Very easy to fit.

Been buying from Italian lighting centre for years. Have been slowly adding new additions to the house piece by piece. The quality stock, pricing and good old fashioned service makes it super easy to deal with and the staff will without question accommodate for you when issues have arisen. Highly recommend!

Purchased several light fixtures quite a long time ago. Put them in a storage when I was moving. Now found permanent place and needed to assemble them back, but all the instructions lost. Contacted the company. Got very prompt and helpful response. Outstanding service. Special thanks to Carl.
