Spickets Battrick were phenomenal in helping me complete my house purchase. They kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way so at no point I felt in the dark. If I had any questions I would ask them, and they would respond in absolutely no time. Also, Ben was great at keeping everything concise and clear to me so that I could digest all information without becoming overwhelmed. Would highly recommend.

1 STAR IS GENEROUS... AWFUL LAW FIRM. Zero communication, no one picks up the phone (ever) and they will delay your sale or purchase by months due to them just not reading emails from the other party involved. Avoid. Do not use. You will have to chase endlessly for months on end to get a response to voicemails and emails, let alone progressing anywhere near completion stage on a property.

Amazing solicitors , always kept up to date with the process of both buying a property and selling my current property. Nothing was ever to much trouble and always replied quickly . Being a first time seller was completely different to buying as we was the chain but I was always told thoroughly of the next steps and what stages we was at. Kathryn and Sarah are a credit to the company and if I was to move again I would definitely be using you both again! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!

We decided to use Spicketts Battrick as first-time buyers as a family member had recommended Benjamin Eaton. He is an absolute credit to the business, his knowledge and timeliness in response was invaluable to us and helped push the sale along when it felt like third parties were dragging their feet. We felt like he went above and beyond to assist and advise us throughout the whole process, always came back to our queries quickly to explain everything in detail, and has ultimately managed get the sale completed in time for Christmas. The quote was also reasonable, especially considering the property was leasehold - we were preparing ourselves for much larger fees. He continues to respond promptly to the couple of post-purchase queries we have had since moving in. Cannot recommend Benjamin enough and we will certainly be using him again in the future, thank you again!
