Used Ackland & Co for a particularly painful house purchase and sale and would highly recommend. Hannah was patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout; whilst Simon was able to offer excellent advice on some tricky aspects as they emerged. Costs are very reasonable and transparent and didnt contain any of the nonsense charges you see from the larger outfits (Land Reg admin fee - please). Highly recommend if youre looking for a diligent, professional, patient and wise firm for conveyancing in Cardiff.
