I have just bought a house with the support of Emma Selfridge and her team. They were no less than fantastic! The sale was quite complicated with lots of legal problems to overcome. Emma and her team went above and beyond to support the sale and communicate with different parties whilst also keeping me informed. I have nothing but high regard for their work and attention to detail. I would recommend them to any friends and family. Thank you Emma and the whole team!

Hek Jones are by far the slowest solicitors in South Wales, I would strongly advise against anyone thinking of using them as the previous bad reviews are 100% correct. Our buyers went with this solicitor and they were a nightmare from the get go, they took minimum of a week to respond to any emails. Everyone in the chain were ready to move by a certain date and it got to the point where all their solicitors were emailing Hek Jones to hurry up. We accepted the offer early October and we have only just completed in April. They have cost us, our buyers and our sellers more money because they were picking at every little thing. Instead of sending everything through we needed to complete, they would send it through one at a time and usually one a month delaying the completion date. A straightforward process of buying a leasehold out took them 2 months to sort. We completed and sent back any paperwork we received from our solicitors within a day yet it still didnt speed up the process. Thankfully our sellers were in position where they could move out to break the chain otherwise we could have lost our perfect house due to Hek Jones slowness. Avoid! Its really not worth the stress!

Emma has been the best solicitor I have ever dealt with! So efficient, so responsive and feel blessed that she picked up my case so last minute when I say last minute I mean 3 weeks AFTER an auction purchase. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Emma & I hope you enjoy your moet!

Dont even deserve one star. We are currently in the process of a house swap which has been going on since september. We dont hear anything for weeks and constantly chasing things up. Never reply to emails answer the phone or get in touch with seller who has not answered enquiries that were put to her in january. I will be escalating this as we are about to lose the sale due to mortgage offer expiring. Absolutely disgusting how they are getting away with this!
