        Terrible company! Would avoid in future if at all possible. They are compleltly incapable of understanding the most basic things about mortgages. Was contcted multiple times on the same day with conflicting information, this is after months of delays casued by them sending out wrong paperwork to be signed and witnessed, multiple times at different stages of the process. Only spoke to one good employee out of over 15 differnet people, called James who works in the cardiff office. If it wasn't for him i don't think this process would have ever been resolved!
