Bethan was extremely thorough and identified issues with the flat which needed resolving and had been missed during previous sales. We were lucky enough to have Bethan Gwyther as our conveyancer when we moved house recently, dealing with both our sale and purchase. It was a lengthy and stressful process due to issues elsewhere in the chain, and we honestly wouldnt have got to the point of completion without Bethans efficiency, advice, support and good humour. She went over and above at all times and made everything a lot easier than it could have been. I cannot recommend Bethan highly enough and wouldnt hesitate to instruct her again (albeit that we dont plan to move again for a looooong time!).

Like with all professions, there are those who stand out and go the extra mile for their clients. Kimberly was our solicitor in the sale of our flat in Pontypridd. She is professional, conscientious and kept us informed throughout the process. She was always on the front foot, covering all eventualities which made the completion day pain free. Kim was very thorough, responsive and easy to talk to. House purchase went through very quickly in part because Kim was very on the ball with chasing people up and getting things done. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their house purchase.
