Nice place. Excellent, professional service. But the access is horrible. Not good for wheelchair users but just to be fair and clear the office is within a converted Georgian, I think, house and the front step is obviously original and extremely high. I have arthritis quite bad and use a walking stick and I found the step quite difficult. But as I say I don't think this can be helped but I do think as they have offices elsewhere they should make this clear to you when you first contact them. Because as I said we were unaware and it would be awful for someone in a wheelchair be be confronted by such a huge step and quite annoying.
