        Brilliant! On first contact on the phone, someone gave me a straightforward answer re: my queries which 7 prior companies stated they didn't offer! We used Baker Ashley to get certified copied of documents and to validate our IDs for re-mortgaging. An appointment was easy to setup, and they were quick to see us. Andie did more for us in 20 minutes, than the bank did in 8+ weeks.
